Products Fulfilled by Mall on Mars

Many products are made available directly by Mall on Mars, such as clothes, shoes, accessories, jewelry, watches, electronics, home items, and toys. Products are typically shipped and delivered within 14 business days or less. Packages are delivered by USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Canada Post, Australia Post, Singapore Post, Netherlands Post, or another carrier if one is available. Within 48 hours of the transaction being completed, orders are processed. Within 24 hours of placing your order, you have the option to cancel it. The majority of new, unused, and unopened items sold can be returned within 48 hours of delivery. If you decide to return the item, you will either receive a refund, store credit, or an exchange. Restocking fees can apply to returns. Products that have been used, damaged, or without an invoice are not eligible for a refund, shop credit, or exchange. Your chances of getting store credit or a replacement shipment may increase if you can provide sufficient documentation that the item is damaged.
